I pick up my camera to document life's beautiful moments
My childhood was full & golden hued. I grew up on Broadway music, Nick at Night & ballet classes. My dad built my sister + me our own playhouse in the backyard.
But, most importantly, I have boxes full of photos from my years growing up. My mom always had a camera in hand, capturing images of every recital, birthday, christmas & random summer day.
As an adult, I have come to fully appreciate her efforts. Pouring through albums, feeling the nostalgia, sentimentality & joy is the reason I pick up my camera.

I was born in Seoul, South Korea before flying to meet my mom + dad here in the States.

Both of my parents were teachers + business owners, instilling qualities that have helped me as an artist + a professional.

I am a 37 year old wife, sister, daughter, doggy mom (in no particular order).

Travel is a deeply important part of my life. My favorite place? Milos, Greece (see photos below).
KIND WORDS
I always wanted to get professional portraits, but couldn’t shake the feeling that I’d be too awkward and shy for anything good to come out of it. I heard about Ethan from some mutual friends, and decided to give it a try. I am very glad I did, because I felt extremely comfortable during the whole process! He really did manage to catch “me” through the camera, with hardly any effort necessary on my part.
